History

Sean Sharp reports that he bought one like this in March 1995 at Target for $10, except that it doesn't say BIG BEN on the dial. The back cover of the case only says "China." Taking off the back cover and looking inside, it says the following on the molded plastic cover to the quartz mechanism:
