4 PATD. U.S.A, DES. 14262, MADE IN U.S.A. This is the most mysterious back type. I've seen it on two pre-WWII examples (both dated 7-17-42), several late-WWII examples (May and June 1944), and a couple 1940 examples (which have probably had case parts or the movement changed).. Back 4
