Height 4 1/2 inches, width 3 1/4 inches.
The back has No. 55 on it.
This logo was used on some Big Ben from 1914 - 1916. Made in La Salle, Illinois, USA --- by --- Westclox This logo is 11/16 inch diameter. The logo on the Big Ben is 7/8 inch diameter. This logo was also used on the Sleepmeter and Sleepmeter Intermittent and was 11/16 inch diameter.
Patent Dates on back. Patent dates Oct. 28, 1902; June 9, 1908; Dec. 15, 1908 The square rear leg hole was used though April 1917 on the Baby Ben alarm clock.

The paper face
The matting is machined out of solid brass and nickel plated.
Inner back was machined.
This rear leg is about 1/4 inch longer than on a Baby Ben.
No. 55 on inner back
The hub that holds the bell back is soldered or welded to the inner back.
Square rear leg hole. The square leg hole was used though April 1917 on the Baby Ben alarm clock.
