Good, Condition Notes: Excellent dial, case has been repainted the wrong color.

Case has been repainted. The color is more brown than the original gun metal (metallic gray) color.
This base has "61 N" only. I haven't seen a US made base like this. Pads not original.
Has date stamp 3 3 39 on back plate
